Cone Mill Application: de-agglomeration, wet milling, and dry milling.
1. De-agglomeration: This pre-process of raw material could eliminate irregularities.
2. Wet Milling: Mill the wet granulated particles into uniform particle size, shorten the drying time and achieve drying uniformity.
3. Dry Milling: Mill the dry irregular granules into uniform particle size.
Principle:
Use milling impeller rapidly rotating, pushing the material to the screen, to complete crushing or milling.
Features
1. Multifunction: for crash, dry milling, wet milling.
2. Variable gap: adjust the gap between milling blade and screen according to diferent material characteristics.
3. Wet milling screen, dry milling screen, high density milling screen (dry type) and slant type milling screen could be selected depending on the characteristics of the product.
4. It could be equipped with other devices for gravity unloading or with vacuum suction for closed production.
5. Low dust, low heat, low noise and easy clean up.
