V Shape Blender Application

This V shape Blender Mixer has the following distinguishing features: No blind angle in the V-Shells, no accumulation of materials, high speed I-bar, efficient and short mixing time. The housing are made of stainless steel. The V-Shells have elegant appearance the charging of materials can be made either by manual operation or through pneumatic vacuum system. For discharging, rotating valves and rapid swivel heads are adopted.

V shape Blender machine is suitable for pharmacy, food and other industries, used for mixing the dry granule/powder materials.
This V TYPE BLENDER machine adopts manual feed and closed disc valve discharge, which can avoid dust spilling; with unique mixing barrel structure, high efficiency blending, and no dead angle. Using stainless steel material, prevent the mixing materials from being polluted.
The inside and outside of machine are polished. Mixing the materials evenly and apply to a wide range of fields. It also can be equipped with the compulsory mixer, which is according to the users’ demand. It is suitable for smaller powder, blocks and the material that contain a certain mixture of water. In addition, the machine is also equipped with a timing device; you can control the material mixing time.
