Syrup juice beverage mixing tank Mixing tank is consisted of tank body and mixing part. The mixing tank made of stainless steel with jacket for heating or cooling and insulating layer for outer. There are many options for choosing the type of Jacketed heating, such as electric heatin steam heating, oil heating.
According to technological requirements, the mixing part can choose high shear, high speed
dispersion or low speed anchor mixing, paddle mixing, propeller mixing and so on. Reactor is typically used to install floor mounted legs,also can use lug support on the platform.

Top mechancial agitator with propeller impeller, speed at fix 71rpm or adjustable 20-200rpm or special requirement. This kind of agitator is mixing syrup, injection, blood, oral liquid, culture medi a, etc…
Top mechanical agitator with anchor or frame impeller, speed is from 10-70rpm. It is mixing higher viscosity, such as sediment or viscosity oral liquid, etc…
Top emusification homogenizer, speed max 2900rpm for small vessel, 1480rpm for bigger tank. This kind of agitator is mixing most high viscosity, such as suspension, oil, fat emulsification, etc…

Surface finish: Inside surface is Ra0.28~0.6μ M by mechanical Polish. (passivization or electropolish are optional). Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μ M by satin finish.

Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation

Summary:

The inner surface of the tank can be mirror polished and the roughness can meet as high as Ra <=0.8 um. The outer surface is polished as follows: the cover and bottom will be mirror polished and the remaining part will be mat polished. All the polish meet international standard.
